Effective Date: 07/01/2025
These terms apply to all transactions, orders, and interactions with Zander-Greg West, Inc. ("Zander-Greg").
1. Taxes
All California excise taxes are included. Outside of the state of California, recipients are responsible for all State and Local taxes, except where Zander-Greg West is licensed. By accepting these terms, the recipient affirms they possess all current State and Local licenses required for sales of restricted products.
2. Accepted Forms of Payment
Zander-Greg accepts the following payment methods:
- Automated Clearing House (ACH) or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
- Zelle
- Cash (with prior approval)
3. Force Majeure (Excused Performance)
Zander-Greg shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to: acts of God, weather events, shipping delays, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, regulatory action, war, civil unrest, system outages, or lost/stolen shipments.
4. Legal Action & Costs
The customer shall be fully responsible for all costs, damages, or expenses—including reasonable attorney's fees—arising from any breach of these terms, whether or not legal action has commenced. Zander-Greg may pursue remedies through California courts or arbitration seated in California, at its sole discretion.
5. Payments & Collections
- All invoices are due as stated in the terms noted on the invoice.
- No orders will be shipped on accounts that are over 30 days past due.
- Accounts over 45 days past due will be closed and forwarded to collections.
- Returned payments (NSF checks or ACH) will incur:
- $50 charge for the first instance
- $75 charge for each additional instance
All new customer orders are processed as follows:
- Credit Card: charged the same day
- ACH/EFT: processed 4 business days in advance
Zander-Greg shall not be liable for any product not listed on the original invoice. Any inaccuracies or misrepresentations in the credit application may result in immediate revocation of credit privileges. Accounts may not be transferred or assigned without prior written consent from Zander-Greg. Any early payment discounts are forfeited if invoices are not paid by the due date. A 1.5% monthly service charge applies to all past due balances.
6. Credit Verification
By submitting a credit application, you certify that all information provided is accurate and truthful. You authorize Zander-Greg West, Inc. to contact credit bureaus, references, and financial institutions to verify your information.

After-hours orders may be submitted via fax, email, or online portal.
8. Returns & Restocking
- Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization.
- Unauthorized returns or refused shipments will be billed back to the customer.
- Defective or damaged products must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
- Approved returns are eligible for credit toward future purchases or exchanges.
- All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
9. Shipping Policy
- No refunds will be granted after 14 days.
- Freight for authorized returns will be covered by Zander-Greg.
- All orders ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise arranged.
- Orders over $1,000 will incur only a $9.95 fuel surcharge and may qualify for free shipping, excluding select products.
- Non-qualifying regions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations.
- Freight-forwarding arranged by customer is welcome.
- Expedited shipping (e.g., Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) is billed at the customer's expense.
All shipments undergo QA/QC review to ensure accuracy and packaging integrity. Zander-Greg is not responsible for lost shipments; claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
10. Warranty and Risk of Loss
- Zander-Greg makes no warranty on any products other than what is offered by the manufacturer.
- No express or implied warranties are provided, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.
- Signed receipt by any employee, agent, or third party acting on behalf of the customer constitutes delivery and acceptance.
Customers must notify Zander-Greg in writing if there are any restrictions on who may sign for deliveries on their behalf.
