Shipping Policy

a. All orders are shipped UPS ground. Customers will be provided with shipment tracking numbers as soon they are available.

b. Zander-Greg, Inc. is not liable for any lost shipment. Customers must file a claim with the freight carrier.

c. A $200 minimum order must be placed to qualify for shipment.

d. Qualified orders of $900 or more will be shipped free ground freight.

e. A $5.95 fuel surcharge will be added to all orders that qualify for free shipping.

f. All customers who are overseas will not qualify for the free ground freight. Overseas customers will be shipped second day air and shall pay all freight charges (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). Overseas orders of $900 or more will receive a 1% freight discount.

g. Orders under $900 do not qualify for free freight. Customers shall pay all freight charges with the exception of a purchase of 2 boxes of large cigars 20 count or more.

h. Next day, 2nd day, 3rd day ground or any other special freight shipments are shipped at the customer’s expense.

i. All shipments undergo a QA/QC process to ensure complete order fulfillment and package/box integrity.
